Electrolube Thermal Management System

Electrolube’s potting and encapsulation resin is generally used to safeguard and shield electrical and electronic components on pcb against extreme environmental and mechanical conditions for instance moisture, vibration, thermal and physical shock and other general chemical contaminations.


The encapsulation resin is a two part system which when mixed together form a solid, fully cured material, with no by-products. It provides far better protection as compared to conventional conformal coatings.


Types of Resins include Epoxy Resins; ER2177 - Low Density Epoxy Resin – White; and ER2183 – Black.

Resin systems are designed to protect and insulate electrical and electronic components from the threats of harsh and challenging environments, including; moisture, vibration, thermal or physical shock and general contamination. Resins can form a complete barrier against such environments offering superior performance to conformal coatings under extreme conditions.
