The HAKKO FX 600 is a soldering iron best suited for soldering electronic components. It is ideal for soldering of ICs, LEDs, PWB, and so on. Adjustable control knob enables working with various preset temperature settings. Locking the iron at a particular temperature setting is also possible. Iron operates in the range of 200 to 500°C. It can be used with more than 30 types of replaceable tips of varied shapes. With the advantage of using tips of different types, this soldering iron caters to a large number of soldering operations. Easy to convert the FX 600 soldering iron to FX 601 with some interchangeable parts.

* To avoid any damage to the head of the small screw on the knob, use a Phillips screwdriver #00 to remove or tighten it.

Reduce costs by converting to either model using interchangeable parts (enclosure pipe with nut/soldering tip). - Introducing the Cap Kit (as an option) to protect a soldering iron tip from shock on the move!
- The Cap protects a soldering iron tip from shock on the move. Also, it prevents the tip from being damaged in a toolbox.
- The cap is made of heat-resistant plastic. However, please ensure that the tip is cool enough before putting it on.
