The Janome JR2000NERT Series is a depaneling robot. It is used in various operations related to PCBs, for example, manufacturing and cleaning of PCBs. The operations are controlled using very simple software. Customize the software to suit your requirement. The software can save up to 255 programs. The robot consists of a robotic unit, electrically driven router, software, and a kit for collecting dust. The robot has a very sturdy design with its base and column made of aluminum alloy. The robot has a double-check system, which minimizes defects. It has a labyrinth mechanism which does not allow objects such as screws, liquid, and dust to enter the robot. It has an inbuilt sequencer that runs the predefined programs. Display is available in 10 different languages. Measurement units can be switched between mm and inches.


 It is available in three variants: R2203NERT, JR2303NERT and JR2403NERT series.
