KX Driver with compact and lightweight Optimized tightening, with a compact and lightweight design, the SD550 is the latest update to the KX Driver series of screw driving motors. It is an AC servo motor. The parameters to fasten screws such as, speeds, torques, angles, direction of rotation, and so on can be directly specified in the unit. 16 programs can be set with different parameter values. The unit easily switches between the preset programs. The tool is lightweight. With compact design and all connections in the front, the controller can be mounted in an electric panel. It has a USB port with enables communication with personal computers (PC). It also helps in easy upgrade of software and to take backups. It also has a RS485 port which enables communication with PLCs. The torque range is between 0.08 to 45 Nm.


The screw driving motor is best suited in precision screw fastening. It is also used in fastening of materials such as plastics, sheet metal, and aluminum.
