This system is designed to intensely compress high viscosity material contained in a can using a follow plate and to transfer the compressed fluid without exposure to air.


  • The materials remain clean without impurities or bubbles, and there is no residual fluid left within the container.

  • Compressed fluid remains stable for dispensing process even if its viscosity is generally affected. No heating is needed for this system.

  • As the system is operated on the basis of electronic principles(not mechanical), greater precision can be achieved.

  • Pressure pipes are well arranged to make the structure simple.
